Hurricane Harvey - the real thing! Not Fake News!
Everything you're seeing on the national news is definitely as bad as depicted. The massive rainfall and subsequent flooding has affected the entire Houston and Southeast Texas region. Nearly everyone has been impacted. Those who haven't flooded (for now) have taken in families from nearby neighborhoods that did flood. It's been stressful watching every surrounding neighborhood have street flooding and water in their homes. And, then there's the roar of helicopters above and the rescue boats nearby. My 85 year godmother was boat rescued, then placed in a dump truck. She's safe now. Same for my nephew and his family. We were able to reach them and let them stay with us.
We did see sunshine this morning, thank God!
But, my home is in West Houston, near the Barker's Reservoir, where they are releasing massive amounts of water into the nearby Buffalo Bayou. We still have to worry for the next few days.
My thanks to all of our friends, neighbors, relatives and out of states folks I have heard from. Your concern, thoughts and prayers ARE appreciated!
SEEBERGER Architecture is hopeful we will be able to reach and open our office on Thursday, August 31st.

“I realize that Williams pays Seeberger + Associates for services rendered, but all of you go beyond what is required, in my opinion. You always seem to have our interests at heart.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Perry Seeberger for more than 15 years and during this time have enjoyed not only his professional input but his personal assistance in a variety of projects. Perry has helped in the design of both offices and warehouses for our group while providing space assessments, drafts for a foundry facility and environmental guidance as and when required. Perry has always been incredibly responsive to our needs and it has been a pleasure…

“Perry Seeberger and Seeberger Architecture have my highest recommendation. They have done a wonderful job for me under less than ideal circumstances over the past two years. Perry was able to take over seven of the nine Williams projects after my other architect dropped the ball. Every one of those projects received his personal attention and guidance. Perry’s knowledge of construction and suggestions has helped us with both our standards stores as well as our remodels. Their pricing has been…

“I was just looking at the HBJ today and saw you were a finalist for a Landmark Award for HASP – congratulations! I didn’t realize you did that project. My son is out there every Wednesday for training. We love the building!”

Wendy Heger

“Thank You. I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome and process of this job. It went very smooth and was delivered on time. Just as important to me is how little issues and problems we had. With AMB downsizing our development team is just me… I have limited hours to get involved in every detail or problem. I want to thank all of you for making this a seamless project.”

“The success of this project has much to do with Perry Seeberger and his team’s customer and quality focus. Perry’s ability to work accurately and diligently through many site plan iterations and design changes while adhering to a tight time frame allowed us to deliver a beautiful, functional project to our client ahead of schedule.”

“Our team was able to reduce the buildings overall operating costs while conserving natural resources, positively impacting the environment and the local economy. Central Green nine is Houston’s first LEED certified industrial building and will look forward to raising the bar and developing more high performance buildings in the region.”
