Seeberger’s Retail Studio has planned and designed multi-tenant projects within the Houston and surrounding communities. Each facility was designed to maintain the distinct appearance standards mandated by the Client. The SA Retail Studio worked closely with the developers on large scale multi-tenant retail centers and single tenant build-outs. Each focuses on its own distinctive design, while enabling the individual tenants to express their corporate identity within the structure of a planned retail center.

Antoine Town Center
The Antoine facility is a single retail tenant shell building. The Retail Studio was commissioned by NewQuest Properties to provide architectural services, to satisfy the Tenant’s requested location on a smaller non-typical land parcel. The building is located within an established retail shopping center. To comply with the shopping centers scheme a scaled down version of the current center’s exterior design was used.
