Carson Bayport Park

Located at 4300 Malone Drive near the Houston’s Barbour’s Cut and Bayport container terminals, the park provides convenient access to the ship channel and petrochemical complex. The second phase of The Park is will consists of two additional buildings to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2016.


DWI

DW Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Assemblies was founded in 1979 by Dale Weaver. This family business operated out of a cramped office warehouse building on an undersized site. When the opportunity arrived to purchase a nearby property, DW Industries selected Seeberger Architecture to design their new facility.


Enduro

Through 30 years of extensive research and development, Enduro Composites has secured leadership positions in fiberglass building panels, cable tray and other related products. Specializing in FRP materials and engineered structures, Enduro offers a diverse line of products and service solutions for building, electrical, environmental and customized applications around the globe.


Forward Air

Forward Air Corporation a provider of time-definite surface transportation and related logistics services to the North American air freight and expedited LTL market. In the past decade, they have  greatly expanded their services offering an array of logistics services, including pick-up and delivery, and specialized temperature-controlled logistics services.


Central Green Business Park

Central Green Business Park located near the Bush Intercontinental Airport, is home to ten industrial buildings and “build to suit” facilities acquired or developed by Liberty Property Trust. Seeberger Architecture has provided design and architectural services for these projects, encompassing over 330,902 square foot. Building on a successful relationship, Liberty, Seeberger and Cadence McShane Corp. contractors recently completed the first LEED certified Core and Shell building in the Central Green Business Park.


DHL Global

DHL Global’s new facility needed to fulfill all of their distribution requirements; location, durability and rapid transporation for local deliveries and air shipments. Close proximity to the City’s major airport was important, as was presenting an attractive corporate image. The facility was designed as a distribution center and a corporate training facility.


Agility Logistics

This “build to suit” project is a dock high, 28 foot clear height tilt wall construction office/warehouse facility designed to accommodate “high pile” storage.
