Design Studio

When a local design firm purchased a 1980’s parallelogram-shaped glass building and decided to retrofit, ideas abounded.  The existing floor plan was rigid, with a dark and constricting interior.  The design firm desired an open and bright workspace that would allow fluid movement throughout.  In order to achieve this, an interior demolition of all 5,000 square feet was necessary.  This new office space would promote interaction by breaking down boundaries in a figurative and literal way.
