This “build to suit” project is a dock high, tilt wall construction office/warehouse facility. The building contains a 12,232 sf office portion offers an impressive entrance that has a cast in the panel thin brick exterior. The warehouse facility is 45,497 sf of air-conditioned space designed for documents and records storage.

As a community-friendly company, ADS wanted a parking lot that provided preferred parking spaces for carpools and low emitting vehicles. Bicycle racks and showers were also installed to encourage workers to commute by bike therefore reducing traffic congestion and pollution.
