Perry Seeberger, AIA

President

In 1983, Perry established Seeberger + Associates lp to offer a unique customer service based Architectural firm. As the company’s founder and current Principal Architect, Perry oversees all aspects of the business, including marketing, proposals, client contact as well as project design and construction phases. With more than thirty-five years of Architecture and Design experience, Perry has cultivated a unique portfolio of projects ranging from financial institutions, restaurants, industrial warehouses, medical, and retail facilities. It is his strong work ethic that has provided the means to keep his firm contemporary to the needs of his clients and established national exposure.

Through his many years of experience, Perry has acquired a vast knowledge in the areas of real estate development, commercial architecture, project coordination and land planning. With these exclusive skills, he has given back to the local and professional communities and organization.

In addition to the demands of Seeberger Architecture, Perry participates in many professional organizations. As a member of the American Institute of Architects (aia) and Texas Society of Architects (tsa) since 1982, he has served on multiple local and state organizational committees. In 2009, he joined the aia Houston Board of Directors and was elected President in 2012. Currently he is the Board Liaison to the aia/asc joint committee, which is responsible for the development of best practices for the construction community. In 2014 Perry was also elected as the tsa Board Representative for the Houston Chapter, as well as a director of the Houston ArCh Foundation.
